Nature of the service

PROMACEO LEAN is an online training platform (lessons, quizzes, numerical case studies, mock exams) in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Construction and management. It is independent of any certification body. The certificates it issues are private certificates of completion of a training program; they do not constitute a professional certification, a qualification or an exemption from any training or exam. PROMACEO is not a registered training provider within the meaning of Articles L6351-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code, and the service is not eligible for French vocational training funding schemes.

Intellectual property

The lessons, diagrams, questions, answer keys, numerical cases, interfaces and the PROMACEO trademark are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, extraction or distribution without written permission is prohibited. Purchased access is personal and confers no right of reproduction.

The names ASQ, CSSC, IASSC, LCI, AGC, Six Sigma and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. They are cited for documentary reference only; no affiliation, partnership or endorsement is claimed.
