Our method

Why a training platform

The Lean Six Sigma (ASQ, CSSC, IASSC) and Lean Construction (LCI, AGC) bodies of knowledge are public. What candidates lack is not the list of concepts: it is regular practice, immediate feedback and a realistic mock exam. That is what PROMACEO LEAN focuses on.

The platform is published by PROMACEO, an Amiens-based software company serving construction project management, and designed by a construction-industry trainer who teaches at a higher-education institution. It issues no certification: it prepares you.

Short, concrete lessons

Each lesson has three parts — observe the situation, apply the method, read a worked example with figures — followed by a key takeaway, a classic pitfall and a reflection question for your notebook. The examples come from the construction site, the workshop, the design office, logistics or customer service.

Quizzes that look like the exam

Four options of comparable length, including three plausible distractors: confusing Cp and Cpk, mistaking correlation for causation, applying a tool in the wrong phase. Each answer key explains why the correct answer is correct and why the most tempting distractor is not. The order of the options changes with every attempt.

Below the 70% threshold, the lesson must be reopened before a new attempt. The platform also suggests revisiting older lessons with the lowest scores.

Numerical cases

A Belt has to do the math: DPMO, sigma level, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, control limits, PPC, Takt time, Little's law, a project's NPV. The numerical cases require a numerical result, within a tolerance, and reveal the full working once you succeed (or after three attempts).

A timed mock exam

Once every lesson and every case has been completed, the mock exam unlocks: questions drawn at random from every unit, limited time, 70% pass mark. If you fail, you can retake it after 24 hours. If you pass, your personal PDF certificate is generated immediately, with a public verification QR code.

What the certificate is not

The PROMACEO LEAN certificate is a private certificate of completion of a training program. It is neither a certification, nor a qualification, nor an exemption. Certification bodies (ASQ, IASSC, CSSC, LCI and others) apply their own registration, examination and prerequisite requirements. We state this on every page and on the certificate itself.

Private training. The PROMACEO LEAN certificate is not a certification: it does not exempt you from any exam or prerequisite required by ASQ, IASSC, CSSC, the LCI or any other body.
