No. PROMACEO LEAN is a private training platform. When you pass the mock exam, you receive a personal certificate of completion of the program, verifiable by QR code. It is not recognised by any certification body and does not exempt you from any official exam. It attests to your preparation, not to a title.

The Yellow, Green and Black Belt programs follow the structure of the public ASQ Body of Knowledge (CSSYB, CSSGB, CSSBB); the White Belt follows the CSSC body of knowledge. The questions are written for this platform; no proprietary exam question is reproduced. A candidate who passes the mock exam has covered every topic of the body of knowledge at the expected level.

No. The ten discovery questions of each program are available without an account or credit card. An account is required to purchase a program, track your progress and obtain the certificate.

The duration is shown on each program (1, 3 or 12 months). Payment is one-time: no subscription, no renewal. When access expires, you keep your certificates and your exported notes; a new purchase extends access from the expiry date.

Below 70% on a lesson quiz, the lesson reopens before any new attempt: review is mandatory. For the mock exam, a new attempt is possible 24 hours after a failure, and the questions are redrawn each time.

French, English, Spanish, German and Italian. You can switch language at any time; your progress is the same whichever language you use.

Access to the content is immediate after payment: at the time of purchase you expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a technical fault preventing access that is not resolved within 7 days, we refund you in full. Write to contact@promaceo.fr.
